The CalVal process is dependent on an ordered accumulation of data.
The wizard enables one step at a time when previous steps have not been completed.
The process allows going back and amending data after a particular step is completed,
but will ensure that any subsequent steps are properly repeated.
The blue highlight point to the current step.
The bold steps can be repeated.
The greyed-out steps do not yet have enough data to perform.

The wizard has an "Advanced" mode that allows the restrictions to be lifted
and any step accessed.
If the proper data is not available for a particular step ahead in the process,
the user may not be able to perform the premature step,
but they can examine the GUI applet controlling it and the data already available.
