CRE Software and Hardware Repair, Replacement and Support
- All Crystal River Engineering legacy devices and software may be supported to the extent
repair parts are available. This includes products such as Convolvotron, Acoustetron I,
Beachtron, Beachtron server, Alphatron, Acoustetron II, and Snapshot.
Annual CRE product service contract ($750) includes
phone and email support, application assistance,
system repair or replacement (refurbished hardware), software upgrades, and documentation.
